Originally from Ohio, It all started with me taking photos with my disposable camera in grade school, and then creating cool scrapbooks to put all my pictures in. But that wasn't enough! I needed personalized, one of a kind gear that I could showcase my photos and creativity on. So I would use iron ons, tie dyes, and lots of rhinestones (don't judge me I was young -lol) to "Jenea-fy" everything! Jeans, pictures frames, backpacks, and more. That love for photography and crafting from my youth has grown into such a fulfilling career that I cant wait to share with you!

       My husband & I moved to Des Moines, Iowa a few years ago in pursuit of a better life. After many years of hard work and living check to check we decided to make a change! Working for others and barely having enough time (or energy for that matter) to do the things I love made me realize that my "work" should be what I LOVE. Thus Creative Crafts & Photography was born!

          Taking pictures with a camera is easy, but freezing that moment in time & capturing your special moments ,then editing them, and turning them into a priceless story that will last a lifetime is where I come it at.
